In June, to strengthen the development of new products and expand production scale, Ningbo Yinzhou Xinzou Welding Equipment Co., Ltd. was registered. The company mainly developed and produced various types of welding equipment. In October, the company established a long-term cooperation intention with AUX Group.

 2004
In May, the company developed a new energy-saving welder "Capacitor Storage Energy Welder," achieving sales of 2 million RMB in the same year. In 2004, the company passed ISO 9000 quality management system certification.

 2005
In March, a sales office was established in Qingdao.

 2006
In April, a branch company was established in Jiangsu Province. In December, the company moved to a new factory and was renamed "Ningbo Xinzou Welding Equipment Co., Ltd."

 2007
In February, the company excelled in market competition and became a supplier to China Xingxing Group and Zhejiang Qianjiang Refrigeration Group, achieving a sales value of over 10 million RMB for the products during that period. In March, a branch office in Shandong Province was established based on the Qingdao office. In 2007, the company passed the national mandatory welder safety CCC certification. That same year, the company's sales exceeded 20 million RMB, and the workforce increased from 20 to 40 employees.

 2008
During the global financial crisis, the company did not lay off any staff but instead increased the workforce to 80. In May, the company introduced a 4-axis machining center and three CNC lathes. In August, a branch office was established in Shenyang. In September, the fully automatic protective cage machine developed by the company successfully went into sales.

 2009
In January, the company initiated three major product projects: "Rebar Mesh Welder, Medium Frequency Steel Grating Welder, Truss Welder." Two of the projects were successfully developed, and one went into formal production. In 2009, the company's technological transformation yielded results, significantly reducing labor intensity. In April, the company applied for six invention patents for truss production lines, which passed the initial review in October. In May, a sales branch was established in Linyi. Three utility model patents applied for in May passed the final review in November and were officially authorized in February 2010. In October, the company was awarded the title of "National High-tech Enterprise." In the same month, a new branch office was established in Shanghai. In December, the company's use of copper tubes for transformers won the "Top 100 Energy-saving Ideas in Yinzhou District" award.

 2010
In January, the second-phase factory of 2,000 square meters was completed and began operations in February. In May, the "Rebar Mesh Welder" was approved for the national innovation fund project. In December, the company was honored as a district-level engineering technology center. 

 2011
The company's sales exceeded 30 million RMB.

 2012
In April, the "Protective Cage Welder" received the honor of the first (set) product certificate in Zhejiang Province from the Ningbo municipal government. In September, the "Rebar Mesh Welder" won the 2011 Ningbo Key Industrial New Product First Prize; the company was also recognized as a "Patent Demonstration Enterprise" and a "Standardized Safety Production Enterprise." In October, the company was featured in a special report by Yinzhou Daily.

 2013
In March, the company broke the record by signing contracts for five truss welding production lines within a week. In June, the company decided to produce 20 truss machines in one batch. In November, the "Truss Welder" was awarded the first (set) product certificate in Zhejiang Province by the Ningbo municipal government. In December, the "Rebar Mesh Welder" again won the 2011 Ningbo Key Industrial New Product First Prize.

 2014
In April, the Wangchun Factory Production Department was established. In May, the "Rebar Mesh Welder" national innovation fund project passed the acceptance review. In October, the company was rated as a city-level engineering technology center. In November, 55 acres of land were purchased in Tongxiang, Zhejiang Province for the establishment of "Zhejiang Yizhou Machinery Technology Co., Ltd." In December, the dual-layer IBC frame welder (protective cage welder) was successfully developed and sold.

 2015
In May, the company again set a sales record by signing contracts for five truss welding production lines within a week. In October, the foundation for "Zhejiang Yizhou Machinery Technology Co., Ltd." was laid. The truss welding machine technology won the Ningbo Science and Technology Progress Award. In November, the Steel Mesh Welding Machine Production Line and the Autoclaved Aerated Concrete Panel Mesh Welding Machine Production Line were successfully developed and sold, with domestic-leading technology. In December, sales of the rebar truss production line exceeded 25 million RMB, with large equipment sales reaching 26.71 million RMB. The company had 15 authorized invention patents by the end of the year.

 2016
In December, the new Yizhou factory began operations.

2017
Zhejiang Yizhou Machinery Technology Co., Ltd. was officially established, and sales reached 120 million RMB. 

2018
In July, eight products were included in the first batch of provincial-level new product trial plans for 2018. In September, eighteen products received the Scientific and Technological Achievement Registration Certificate, and the company was recognized as a Provincial Science and Technology SME. In October, the company was included in the High-tech Enterprise Cultivation Database of Tongxiang City. The company purchased 60 acres of land for the second-phase construction of the Yizhou factory. In November, the company received the 2018 Tongxiang City Enterprise Technology Center award. The GWC-C-2*500 double-sheet C-type autoclaved aerated concrete panel mesh welding production line was recognized as the first (set) product in the key equipment manufacturing field of Jiaxing City. In December, the "Yizhou" trademark was successfully registered. The automatic autoclaved aerated concrete panel rebar mesh welding production line received the 2018 Zhejiang Province Key Technological Innovation Project Award.

2019
In July, the second-phase 66-acre Yizhou factory construction began.

2020
In June, the factory was put into operation and continues to this day.
