According to the assembly drawings, be responsible for the mechanical assembly of each sub-component to ensure that the structural accuracy and functions meet the standards.

Welding Process Engineer

Study resistance welding process parameters (current, electrode pressure, power-on time)
Optimize electrode arrangement and cooling system with mechanical design
Analyze welding defects and develop solutions

Project Manager / Technical Coordinator

Control project progress, cross-departmental collaboration, and customer technical interface
Unify drawing specifications, version management, and change records

Mechanical Design Engineer

Design various station mechanical structures (feeding system, welding fixture, stacking device, etc.)
Perform strength calculation and motion simulation
Output BOM, assembly drawing, exploded view
