Ningbo Yinzhou Xinya Welding Equipment Factory was established in 1999.

 

 

 

 

 

In June 2003, in order to strengthen the market development of new products and expand the production scale, Ningbo Yinzhou Xinzhou Welding Equipment Co., Ltd. was newly registered and established. The company mainly develops and produces various types of welding equipment. In October, the company established a long-term cooperation intention with the AUX Group.

The Jiangsu Branch was established in April 2006. In December, the company moved into a new factory and was renamed "Ningbo Xinzhou Welding Equipment Co., LTD."

 

 

 

In 2008, the company did not lay off employees during the global economic crisis. Instead, it increased the number of staff to 80. The fully automatic IBC outer frame metal cage special machine developed by the company was successful and achieved sales in the same year.

In January 2009, the company initiated the development of three major products: "Steel mesh welding machine", "medium-frequency steel grating welding Machine", and "truss welding machine".

 

 

In January 2010, the second phase of the company's factory building covering an area of 2,000 square meters was completed. In May, the "Steel Mesh Welding Machine" was approved for funding by the National Innovation Fund.

 

 

In November 2014, 55 mu of land was purchased in Tongxiang City, Zhejiang Province to invest and establish "Zhejiang Yizhou Machinery Technology Co., LTD."

In December, the double-layer IBC frame welding machine was successfully developed and sold ( the IBC protective cage welding machine).

 

In July 2019, the construction of the 66-mu new factory building of Yizhou Phase II began and it has been in use since 2020
